Nicole

I have always been active and loved fitness. I have been a personal trainer since 2015. I moved to Sheffield in 2023 from London so I could be near the Peak District.

I specialise in helping women get stronger and understand the importance of strength training as part of their daily routine.

I am also a keen trail and long-distance runner and work with runners to help reduce running related injuries and work on their technique, enabling them to run stronger and faster for longer.

I have been a class instructor and PT at Woods since November 2023 and I absolutely love the vibes and energy of the Monday and Wednesday 7am bootcamp sessions I take.”

Annie

I have a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and over 10 years of fitness and climbing experience.

My motto is Fitness For Any Goal.

I believe fitness looks different for everyone. Whether your goal is to run your first marathon or simply make carrying your shopping bags a little easier, I’m here to help!

Did you know we naturally lose 3–5% of our muscle mass per decade, starting as early as our 30s? Staying active is one of the best ways to stay strong, healthy, and confident throughout life. For women experiencing peri- or post-menopause, exercise can be a powerful tool to manage changes and feel more in control.

I also offer optional nutrition guidance and am passionate about breaking down nutrition myths and fads, having studied it as part of my degree.

Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and confident in your training. I pride myself on creating a friendly, non-judgmental space where progress feels enjoyable and achievable.

I offer personal training sessions, online gym programming, optional nutrition guidance within PT sessions, and mobile PT for those local to the Walkley area.

Sara

Hi! I’m Sara, Mum to two young boys, and have found strength training to be a life-changer for me, both physically and mentally.

Life today can be hectic (to say the least!) and, with children, or a busy job, or general life admin To Do lists growing by the day, it is all too easy to fall into the trap of forgetting to prioritise your own wellbeing.

For me, I went through a stage a few years ago of forgetting who I really was, and what brought me joy. I was going through the motions of life, but I wasn’t really FEELING any of it. The good or the bad. When I started taking strength training seriously, not only did I see physical changes, but the switch in my mental wellbeing was huge. I felt alive again! I heard myself laugh out loud, for the first time in what seemed like forever. I felt stronger, and more confident; not just in the gym, but in all areas of my life.

Through learning new skills (and lifts!), I gained a whole new appreciation of my body and what it can do, not just what it looks like.

Fitness for me is no longer just about the physical (although yay to building muscle mass, increasing bone density, boosting metabolism and more!); it’s a way of life, it’s a non-negotiable.

It’s my investment in my mental wellbeing and my energy for life – both now with my young family and because I want the best chance of independence and a higher quality of life as I age.

If you’d like to feel the difference some simple strength training can make to your life, please get in touch! I promise it doesn’t have to be hard, complicated or take up several hours every week!
