He has an impressive track record of success working with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. I have always been active and loved fitness. I have been a personal trainer since 2015. I moved to Sheffield in 2023 from London so I could be near the Peak District.

I specialise in helping women get stronger and understand the importance of strength training as part of their daily routine.

I am also a keen trail and long-distance runner and work with runners to help reduce running related injuries and work on their technique, enabling them to run stronger and faster for longer.

I have been a class instructor and PT at Woods since November 2023 and I absolutely love the vibes and energy of the Monday and Wednesday 7am bootcamp sessions I take.”
